Anyone knows, What will be the nurse rework or nerf?

i heard someone told me that devs will work on her base power, i knew about the addons tho.

But is it true that Devs will work on her base power as well?

    Devs said they will mainly rework her add-ons and slightly change her base kit.

    They wont change her base kit...the uproar would be massive
