Why we definitely cannot buff Monstrous Shrine

This thread is about how many of you think that we should buff a perk called Monstrous shrine. isMonstrous shrine is one of the most OP perks you could possibly imagine. So many people just get bait into thinking it is a weak perk due to how it is off-meta if you use a basement build it becomes more powerful than you could possibly imagine. Anymore buffs to this perk would result in a increase in Bubba users and therefore there would be an increase of this OP build. Also Bubba is a really powerful killer and is easily S tier which makes this build even more OP. People wouldn't be able to get gens fast enough to beat the OP Bubba player! This is why we can't buff Monstrous Shrine. This is my unbiased opinion.
