Persona 5 Survivor Concept
This isn't a full chapter concept because I still haven't figured out how the killer should work. Open to ideas on that.
Ryuji Sakamoto
Concept: A survivor meant to encourage killers to tunnel and then punish them for it, buying his team as much time as possible
Playstyle description: A former track star turned muscle for the infamous Phantom Thieves. His perks, The Skull of Rebellion, Hit and Run, and Take One For the Team, encourage the killer to focus on him while giving him the speed to stay ahead in a chase.
Perks:
The Skull of Rebellion: You have Awoken to your Persona and gained an unshakable resolve. At the start of the game, your aura is revealed to the killer and the killer's aura is revealed to you for 5/5/5 seconds. You wiggle free 6/8/10% faster, and after being freed from a hook your movement speed is increased by 20% for 4/8/12 seconds.

Hit and Run: While you prefer a more direct approach, your time in the Phantom Thieves taught you that sometimes nothing beats a good trick. After you stun a killer with a pallet, your movement speed increases by 15/20/25% for 4/5/5 seconds. This ability can only be used once every 20 seconds. While this ability is on cooldown, your movement speed is reduced by 5/5/5%.

Take One For the Team: There is little you wouldn't endure for your friends. When you take a hit for a fellow survivor, they won't leave scratch marks or blood trails for 4/5/6 seconds. Your Aura will be revealed to the killer for 4/5/6 seconds. While injured, your movement speed is increased by 10/15/20%.

EDIT: In terms of cosmetics, I figure his default would be his school uniform with the ZOMG T-shirt, with his casual summer and winter outfits as the free alternatives. His Skull costume could be the premium outfit.
