Figured out the release date for the PTB and 3.2.0 Chapter...
So. The devs have said dedicated servers come out before summer, right? Summer ends September 23rd.
Now, I'm assuming that dedicated servers will come with 3.2.0, because it doesn't make a lot of sense to just release them in a seperate update.
So, when's September 23rd? The 4th monday of September. Now, updates only come out on Tuesdays or Thursdays. This means the Chapter will not release the week of September 23rd.
However, we all know PTBs are always up for two weeks before the chapter releases, yes?
There's only three more Tuesdays between now and the week before September 23rd.
Which means that there's only two weeks between next Tuesday and the Tuesday before September 23rd.
Which can only mean that, unless the devs break the cycle, the PTB has to come out next Tuesday, September 3rd

Well, there's a 2x weekend next week so there won't be a PTB during that time.

The devs are not tied to any particular day of the week. Just because they prefer Tuesdays doesn't mean they are married to them.

However wasn't Plague's ptb on a Wednesday? It is an outlier, but we may have another circumstance happen again. Also based on previous chapter it can be 2 to 3 weeks between a ptb and release. So it could honestly be this week, or next week. Devs do like their Tuesdays, but I'm sure they will do a a ptb on another day if they have to delay it.
I do see your logic and reasoning, I calculate dates like you do too. But you should keep in mind we might have another weird case on our hands.

they also used to release most cosmetics on Tuesdays, now its Wednesday. while it would make sense for next week because Nintendo version releases on the 24th (a Tuesday) it will most likely be this week because of the double bloodpoint because nobody will want to test the new stuff and miss out on having bloodpoints to use on said stuff when it releases so its either today/tomorrow or the week after next on the 10th and then release on 24th/25th because it makes more sense and gives them time to work on buff/nerfs

And they literally said in another thread "just because you see a pattern doesnt mean it is on a cycle. We handle each individually". Then another mod even joked "even if it happens 5 times in a row."
Theyre aware it's been super coincidental. Doesnt mean they follow a set timeline.

I bet the plan was to follow the cycle they had been doing, but they weren’t ready for it. This is more than one killer, one survivor, and one map.
they had to create entirely new animations for the demogorgon, and two new survivors with perks ways more complicated than they’ve been in the past. They also had to create a map that had to be in lines with the license, but balanced. The hooks look new, and they said the exit gates were going to look unique.
its a very ambitious chapter, I wish we had more information but they don’t owe us it.

I mean, I like the thought process, but Peantis has said don't follow the cycle because it could change. The PTB was suppose too come out at some point already, but some bug was discovered that was game breaking and had too be fixed.
Either way, They'll tell us when it's ready, Even if it isn't on a Tuesday.

Even if they released the PTB yesterday, it would have to go for 14 days.
27.08 - 09.09
And even then it would still be PTB during the Double BP event because the event starts on 05.09.
So if they wanted to make the PTB end before the event they had to make it last Tuesday. Which would have been to early

Yet, I question how some people do so poorly in math. Yet can do time prediction and business analysis of dates every chapter. I am waiting for the calculus proof that September 16th will be indeed the ptb date.

Apparently it is rocket science because NO they do not only update on those days. Check the release date of past DLCs for console. PS4 has had Friday releases.
Guess what today is? Friday. Guess what was released today? Medan of Man on PS4 and XB1.

No, it's not. But that doesn't stop people from spreading the misinformation. Anyone with a PS4 who pays attention knows they get game updates, releases and DLC drops throughout the week.

Well, I didn't say that wasn't the date. I was making a joke about how people can sit and calculate and predict time for a game based on hints left around by devs. However, st-udder when given basic math. Which I never claimed you were wrong either.
