I know in their last update they stated they will be available today, but at what time? Does the ps store need to update, anybody know? I checked and nothing yet.

No idea, but if I had to take a guess Id say 2PM EST. Seems to be when most stuff is available on PS Store.

They're up in NA now. At least they're showing up for me (Canada).
