How do you deal with bully squads?
So I just got out of being in the hospital over the weekend and to try to take my mind off of the pain of recuperating from emergency kidney surgery, I decided to catch up on my dbd dailies.
And I get a full on bully squad as a low level Freddy. All had Adrenaline and ds, half had BL and the other had OoO and it turns out the rank disparity was huge - ranging from rank 15 to 5s/6s.
How do you deal with those situations where you realize you’re in a game that’s vastly out of your depth? How do you deal with ooo users? I got really anxious about that because I don’t want to feed into them but if I ignore them, they know exactly where I am??
It just sucks when you just want to play a game and your opponents are like...that.

You sadly cant..just push the best you can, there are two types of object users. Scouts. And chasers..if they're taunting, chasers, ignore them if you can..if they try to lose los..scouts. they're usually easy prey..they're just trying to give their team info, other than that..the devs have to fix this issue..balance is still very far from done and it's a slow process

Just relax and try get a few points and move onto the next game imo. Ignore the OoO, usually will be easier targets on gens.

This is a PVP setting, it's expected. It sucks when it happens but can't really complain about something that is a part of the game such as Adrenaline, DS, BL, OoO.
Using those things are not a form of bullying.

You should DC. Those guys are jerks that definitely De-ranked so they could dominate playing against low level killers. Basic scum of the earth. Disable your chat so they can't harass you post game with their brain dead comments, and move on.
You shouldn't put up with that toxic crap for even a second.

Yeah, I was watching my brother play on his account. He got someone I recognized from Rank 1 and about halfway through I took over. Ended up with a 4K. He got called several slurs. Two got banned, it was on Xbox. Two rank 2's and two rank 20's. There are groups on Xbox looking for smurf accounts to pair with to bully baby killers. It's despicable.

Tunnel and slug the object user. Always slug off the hook and chase the rescuer if you can. Get someone out of the game as early as possible.

Yep, face camp then start slugging when they rush the hook. Works for me

Kill one or two by camping them after getting 4 stacks on your BBQ, collect their SALT and move on...

Played two games as survivor. 1 hooked each time. First game as killer I run up against a toxic squad. It's like man, can't bI just relax and play a videogame without being on my A game every second. Some days.

Camp, tunnel, and slug like no tomorrow. I find most SWF groups easy to deal with if you use this strategy. They need to safe their little friend no matter what. Just ran into a toxic SWF group myself with flashlights who tried to bully my legion. The did the last second switch so I was unable to equip Franklin's. I slugged them down while they all tried to hook rush their buddy. All D/C. It was glorious.
