Issues with the Official DBD Merch store

So I'm not sure where I would post this, but the general discussion section seems to get the most traffic. I recently placed an order through the official DBD Merch website: https://shop.deadbydaylight.com/

My order is taking an exceedingly long time shipping and the updates on my order have stopped almost a week ago. It's been nearly 3 weeks since I placed the initial order. I normally don't mind waiting too long for packages, but the item was supposed to be a birthday gift for a friend. I have tried contacting someone via the contact form on the merch site, but it's been 3 days and no reply (site says messages are usually responded same-day as long as it's mon-fri 6am-6pm).

I'm starting to really regret placing the order in the first place and the lack of response is even more disheartening.


I will gladly move or delete this thread if it is not appropriate for these forums or is better suited in another section.

    It is packed in 19-20 business days and shipped the same time, wait a bit longer than 3 days, I would say until sunday and if it has not arrived there may be a problem

    I received confirmation that my order had been shipped over a week ago, but what concerns me is that the tracking information has not been updated. According to the tracking, the package is still in China.


    That on top of the Merch team not replying to my inquiries is what has lead me to posting this thread.
