Confused about new bloodweb changes

I see they are being released the same day as the ptb, but is that just for pc users? Do console users have to wait until the actual new chapter release?

Fwiw, I'm not complaining, I just don't want to get my hopes up.

    They are in the ptb, then console players wait for it to be live for them to use it

    They're being tested in the PTB, but won't go live until the the new chapter's release.

    Yes, if you're on console, you need to wait for the update to go live.

    For what it's worth, it'll only be on the PTB until the update goes live on PC as well (should be the same time for all platforms), and on the PTB, nothing is saved. PTB players are only going to be testing it, they don't get faster progress in the meantime.
