Survivor bio: Speeding through the massive planes of Eidolon and crossing the vast Orb Vallis Gauss is a master of speed and agility and he demonstrated these skills of speed and acrobatics on Ceres when he and his fellow Tenno took the tower of Altra from the corrupt Orokin. he proved himself on the battlefield as he speed across it at speeds even the most observant fast opponents were confused by. As the mighty Dax and Grineer soldiers fell at the base of Altra its saint Gauss made sure that they could never enact the cruel punishment of their Golden lords ever again.
Perks

Perk 1, Charged Disruption: You're good at disrupting the killer but it takes time, every time you exit a chase that has lasted 25/20/15 seconds or more you will gain a token once 3 tokens are gained and you will make the killer see a false survivor aura once they enters another chase.

Perk 2, Red Line: You're speed is enhanced when you've had time to prepare, after doing 5/4/3 altruistic actions you're healing,repair walking and sprinting speeds will be increased by 10/11/12% for 18 seconds. The effects of Red Line only activate when one of the affected actions are performed.

Perk 3, Bullet Rush, they said you were as fast as a bullet and they were right, when you're hit by the killer you will see all pallets and windows for 2/3/4 seconds as while also gaing a speed boost for the

Note: when Gauss is effected by any speed boost effect his plating will open up like in warframe when his 4 is activated.
