Sorry but he should be nerfed. Way too fast and to have his potion slow you to 80% is just ridiculous. Not saying he should walk but let's be realistic about it. He is a large clown that sounds like he needs an inhaler and he can move that damn fast. Yes I read his backstory but after all the years of fiddling with these potions seem to have made him wheeze..put that together with his size and he is going to out run me with Sprint Burst even with no potion thrown?
