New Killer: The Axeman

You begin your work on the generator, the only sounds being the mechanical whir, your ratchet, and the occasional caw of a crow. When, you begin to hear smooth jazz begin fading in through the sounds of the engine. It's so oddly refreshing in this quiet realm you begin bobbing along to the music of New Orleans. Just as your mind clicks that nothing here can play music and you stand, you begin blinking and your body is a few feet away. It falls over, and all you see is the darkened form of a heavyset man in a slouch hat and suit walk away, snapping his fingers to the music.
This killer is based on the infamous Axeman Killings of New Orleans.
M1: A 2-handed axe, slashing across. The Axeman inspects the Axe before continuing.
M2: Curse of New Orleans: The Axeman begins snapping his fingers and smooth jazz fills the air. Survivors working on Engines that hear this have their POV moved to First-Person, and Skill Checks move at half speed. A Good Skill Check results in a Failure. Survivors sneaking or hiding in lockers inside this aura will begin snapping their fingers, which will reveal them.
Speed: 110%
Perks:
Something Borrowed: Hooked survivors lose any held items. When lost in this way, or by Franklin's Demise, Items go into a belt loop on the Axeman's waist. The Axeman only drops these when a Survivor succeeds a Decisive Strike. Items are kept between rounds, with a Max of 8 items at any given time. Additional items replace lower leveled items already carried or are not picked up.
A Way In: After the Axeman Vaults, the window gains a frame around it for 10/15/20 seconds. Survivors that Vault through this window are revealed to the killer for 3/6/9 seconds.
Two's A Party: When the Axeman hits a Survivor that is within 10m of another Survivor, one Survivor Screams. The Survivor that screams gains an extra burst of speed, the others take a penalty to their speed for 2/4/6 seconds.
Hex: Hell's Orchestra: Music fills the map, making everything harder to hear. This begins when the first Engine is completed, and remains until the end of the match.
