Vigil after 2.1.0

Vigil is a good perk now cause you can use it alongside sprint burst and get it back much faster even while sprinting. With the new 2.1.0 nerf to exhaustion, won't this perk become kinda useless, and should it be changed?

    But Killers get 4 perks and Survivors get 16. It should only be viable if all four survivors equip Vigil.

    It is useless. Because the devs didn't think about nerfing Sprint Burst and instead did a band aid fix.

    Just add it on to the pile of reasons why this exhaustion change is stupid.
