With all the U.S. military ads I see, honestly what the troops should do is just drag away anyone that makes it to area 51 and make them join the military for a year.

No need for them to move most of it. Us civilians don't know what to do with experimental aircraft. If there is something there that is top secret which I highly doubt then yes it was already moved underground or somewhere else.
