Ruin+PGTW combo is very nasty, but so powerful!!
Usually when I used Pop I didn't use ruin, and viceversa. But this week I started to run both of them on wraith and trapper and I love it. Ruin helps at the early game, and Pop helps you until the end of it, and the best thing is that it has an enormous comeback potential. I can't wait to play as nurse with PGTW, Ruin, Thana and DL (post-rework) omg...
Do anyone else use this combo? What do you think about it?

I do but since ruin goes down super early I just rely on pop outside of the few games where rng is good

I'll usually run PGTW and ruin along with something like discordance and a perk of your choice for a gen protector build. But ruin + PGTW is pretty strong.

I usually only use POP on most killers, but I will combo ruin and POP if I see a common SWF.

Glad you like it :) I don’t use ruin much but maybe I’ll give it a try once I get ruin.😅(been ignoring it😂)

I got too frustrated with Ruin since it usually gets cleansed in the first 20 seconds. I'm currently trying alternatives. Ruin just feels like a wasted perk slot to me.

PGTW has comeback potential without Ruin.
Ruin just slows the game enough so that you don't get snowballed to death by the genrush, but by end game the Ruin is almost certainly out of the picture.
The stronger combo is PGTW and Overcharge. But using PGTW and Ruin are good for slowing down the game and gen defense either way.
That's 20 seconds that someone wasn't doing gens. Not the best but it's not wasted by any stretch. And there are times when Ruin gives you a much bigger advantage than that. Ruin is well worth it.
