Maxing out perks with the new bloodweb change

How much bloodpoints would it take to max out a Killer's perks with the new web change? Also, what level do you start unlocking 2 perks per web?

Not sure how much blood points it will take and

• Levels 40-49: Three perks appear, up to two can be purchased. 
• Level 50: Four perks appear, up to two can be purchased.

A very significant less amount needed to max any character.

A quick look at the wiki told me there's 63 killer perks

Meaning there are currently 3*63 - 3(initial perks) of levels required to get them all at rank 3. Which is 186 bloodwebs.

In the new bloodweb. It will be 39(levels where there will only be 1 perk) + [3*63 - 3(initial perks) - 39(levels you get only 1 perk)]/2. Which is 112.5 bloodwebs.

So it cuts about 73.5 bloodwebs.(which is a lot of bloodpoints. It's 2/3 of another killer getting maxed
