So, I wrote down which killers I faced for 37 matches
All im purple ranks, on ps4.
It's 37 matches because that's how many I wrote down before the rank reset. :p

More ecletic than I expected when I started, but the ones that didn't appear surprised me.
No hag, freddy and pig? But I got 4 clowns?
I'm gonna do this again this season, but with extra data, like if I survived or not, their add-ons and offerings, my perks and character etc.

You have 6 Hillbillies but not surprising since his kill ratio on PS4 is highest among the Killers and one of the most played and is S tier for Killers on PS4.

Freddy and Pig are already rare these days so no surprise. Lots of Clown is surprising though.
Lots of Billy and Myers is to be expected. Those are popular picks. A little surprised Wraith got lots of play as well.

I disagree. Spirit is the most overused killer on PS4. In one sitting, I played against a different Spirit at least 12 times in a row

Not surprised Plague is so low.
Adept Plague is one of the rarest trophies on PS4. More people have platinum'd DbD than got a merciless with plague and her perks.

Adept Plague 0.1
Every other dlc since Pig is 0.3 or 0.4 (for killers adept survivors are much higher)

I'm usually at red ranks, and I see Spirit, Hillbilly, and Trapper more than any other killer on PS4. Sometimes you'll see wraith but not much. If you do see Wraith they usually camp hooks, and tunnel anyone who gets saved though. So it's not a fun experience imo.

Well, 37 is not really a high number. If you have like 1000, it would be more representative. Like, Wraith might be surprising, but it can only be a coincidence.
Yesterday I had 4 Hillbillys in a row. Another day I had 3 Legions without having Legion for a full week before. One evening I had 14 Nurses in 15 games. But those numbers are not really showing anything because the overall number of games is low as well.
Still interesting, tho.

I like wraith a lot, he is very fun to play.
It is subjective so it can change from person to person so dw that if you are the only one liking him (which you aren't).

On a typical day in red ranks on PS4 it’s usually a mixture of Billy, Spirit, Huntress, Ghostface, Myers, and the off chance of a Nurse. I see a good mix of all killers but it’s mainly those killers.
It really is dependent though. Some days I see a lot of Legion. Some days it is Clown.

No Freddy seems odd considering he is actually really strong now. On Xbox we have a lot of Freddys, I play him too.

I see Wraith do very well in the games I encounter him. He can catch you off-guard even when you see a shimmer with his lunge, and immediately cloak. Now there's nothing you can do to get away, pallets or windows only slow him down briefly. He just uncloaks rubbing against you, lunges again, and you're down. You escape if he's busy with other people or he remains uncloaked. His perks are amazing for chasing down, with blood and marks, so he can cloak and find you easier. I think he's underrated, at least, and I enjoy playing him, he was my first on this platform to unlock perks for.
Also, much like other killers that may need some help, you often encounter him with strong add-ons that hasten his appearance, negate his TR, or reduce his bell sound, making it even more important to see that shimmer once you know it's a Wraith. I'm not great at chases and apparently my teammates aren't either, so there's usually only one or two survivors that can escape, unless we're all up at endgame where we can take hits for each other to the gate. It's still an exciting game for me when I encounter a killer I have trouble with and find myself in a simulated horror movie.

Also a long time ago when his add-ons were changed one of his "brown" add-ons became an "iridescent" and people had large stockpiles.

My experience is Nurse, billy, spirit, nurse, billy, spirit, nurse, billy, spirit.
Then I occasionally stomp some fool that didn't choose nurse, billy, and spirit.
Then it's back to Nurse, billy, spirit, nurse, billy, spirit, nurse, billy, spirit.

I am honestly surprised. The hag has a really good reputation imo. I don't read much nerf threads about her (ok sometimes, but that happens to every killer) and she seems to be viable if I think on her killrate from the statistics shown by bhvr to the time of the Legion patch.

Billy being so popular isn't surprising at at all. Spirit is also pretty popular, again, no surprise. Maybe the lack of Pig and Freddy is because they are licensed killers and not all people owes them ?
