Possible Licensed Killer Ideas (Updated, Feedback Appreciated)
There are 4 possible characters from 'Hollow Knight' that seem like they could make for really good killers in my eyes. I'll list each of them including a possible speed, terror radius, power, perks, etc.
Name: The Knight (The character you play as)
Speed: 115%
Terror Radius: 28m
Height: Small
Lunge Distance: Small
Ability: Power of Souls
Each time you destroy a pallet, damage a generator, or injure a survivor, the Soul Meter will raise (damaging a generator will increase it slightly, pallet moderately, and injuring a survivor tremendously.) The Soul Meter turns from gray to white when one of its abilities can be used. Using m2 will cycle through the abilities. Focus decreases stun times moderately, and highlights the aura of the closest Survivor for 3 seconds. Vengeful Spirit will allow the Knight to break things from up to 16 meters away and slightly faster. Desolate Dive will launch the Knight to the lowest point on the map it can be at (that's directly underneath it.) Howling Wraiths will stun Survivors within the Knight's terror radius for .3 seconds.
Red Add-Ons:
Pure Focus - Being stunned while using Focus will break the pallet (if stunned by a pallet), or injure the Survivor(s) who blinded the Knight. Other abilities cost tremendously more Soul.
Shade Soul - Using Vengeful Spirit will break everything within a 45 degree cone up to 16 meters away from the Knight. Survivors within 12 meters and in the 45 degree cone take 1 health state of damage. All other abilities cost tremendously more Soul.
Descending Dark - Survivors within 8 meters of where the Knight lands take 1 health state of damage. Other abilities cost tremendously more Soul.
Abyss Shriek - Survivors within 12 meters of the Knight will be hindered, exhausted, and broken if injured for 60 seconds.
Perks:
Thorns of Agony - When a survivor vaults over a pallet that stunned you 16/20/24 or less seconds after being stunned, the pallet is broken and the survivor takes 1 health state of damage. Thorns Of Agony can only be activated every 60/50/40 seconds.
Mark of Pride - Lunge range is increased by 10/15/20%. Stun time after missing a lunge is increased by 32/24/20%.
Quick Slash - Missed attack cool down is decreased by 5/10/15%. Landed attack cool down is decreased by 8/12/18%.
Name: The Hornet
Speed: 110%
Terror Radius: 24m
Height: Medium
Lunge Distance: Normal
Ability: Needle and Thread
Holding M2 while lunging allows The Hornet to throw her needle an extra 6m in a straight line (can be increased through add-ons). Letting go of M2 can cancel the throw. Holding M2 while not lunging and while looking at a wall will throw the needle into the wall and drag The Hornet to the wall. This can also be canceled by letting go of M2, even while being dragged, and has a range of 15m (this can be increased with add-ons). The Hornet's speed is decreased to 80% for 2 seconds after using Needle and Thread for either of its purposes.
Red Add-Ons:
Hooked Needle - The needle after being thrown can turn the same as a normal lunge, and has a moderately longer range. Needle and Thread cannot be used without lunging.
Grapple Needle - The needle after being thrown can be turned (the same radius as the Hillbilly's chainsaw,) and has tremendously longer range. Being dragged takes tremendously less time. The Hornet's speed is no longer reduced after using Needle and Thread. Needle and Thread cannot be used while lunging.
Perks:
Invisible Threading - While using a secondary ability, the Killer's Terror Radius is decreased to 0m. This lasts for 1/2/3 seconds.
Outmaneuvered - During a chase, if the Killer lands a hit on a Healthy Survivor within 4 seconds of the Survivor vaulting a pallet, the Killer moves 1/2/3% faster for 8 seconds, and can vault windows 12% faster for 40/50/60 seconds.
Agile - The killer can jump over windows while lunging, but their speed is reduced to 30/45/60% for 8 seconds if the lunge does not hit a Survivor.
Name: The Hollow Knight

Height: Tall
Lunge Distance: Long
Terror Radius: 32m
Ability: [not named]
Starts with 4 charges, and gains 1 charge every 30 seconds. Holding m2 for 4 seconds will teleport the Hollow Knight to somewhere in it's line of sight that is also within 32 meters of it. The Hollow Knight is slowed to 105% for 3 seconds after teleporting. During these 3 seconds, the Hollow Knight cannot teleport again.
Red Add-Ons:
Deathly Focus - Survivors in between the start and end points of a teleport are instantly downed. The amount of charges are reduced to 1.
Supreme Focus - The Hollow Knight can teleport through walls, and will go 4 meters past them (as long as there are no objects in the way.) The amount of charges are reduced to 2. The Hollow Knight is slowed to 100% for 1 second after teleporting. During the slowdown, the Hollow Knight cannot teleport again (this replaces the original cooldown.)
Perks:
Triple Slash - 3 lunges can be performed one right after the other. For each extra lunge, the Killer is stunned for 4/3/2 seconds. If an object is hit, the Killer is instantly stunned, and the lunge is canceled. Triple Slash can only be used once every 120/100/80 seconds. Survivors can only be hit once by Triple Slash.
One Memory - You become obsessed with one Survivor. Your obsession will have their aura revealed to the Killer once every 80/75/70 seconds for 5 seconds if the obsession is in the Healthy State. While the obsession is alive, other Survivors cannot have their aura revealed when within 20/16/12m of the Killer. The Killer can only be obsessed with one Survivor at a time.
Spouts of Infection - If a regressing generator stops regressing within 16/20/24m of the Killer, the Generator is set back by 1/3/5% progress, and the Survivor working on it is injured.
Name: The Grimm
Speed: 115%
Height: Tall
Lunge Distance: Long
Terror Radius: 32m
Ability: Twisted Cloak
By holding down M2, The Grimm will wrap themselves in their cloak. This decreases the Grimm's speed to 110%, but decreases the stun time of everything by 20%(can be increased with add-ons.) After holding M2 for 5 seconds (Can be decreased with add-ons), the Grimm can perform a lunge that is double the normal lunge distance, and leaves a trail of fire behind it. This trail of fire lasts for 5 seconds (can be increased with add-ons.) The lunge can go over windows as fast as a rushed action, but going over a window during the lunge halves the length of the remainder of the lunge. If stunned during the lunge, the Grimm's cloak expands and some points grow sharp (the range covered is 4m) Survivors coming into contact with the cloak during this will be decreased by 1 health state. Any pallets that are down within this range are broken. This lasts for 1 second.
Red Add-Ons:
Nightmare Cloak - Survivors that come into contact with fire left behind by the dash are instantly downed. The fire left behind lasts tremendously longer. Stun times are no longer decreased while charging Twisted Cloak.
Dream Cloak - The Grimm is no longer slowed down by charging Twisted Cloak, and stun times are decreased considerably more. It takes 7 seconds to charge Twisted Cloak. Charge time is saved while no longer charging Twisted Cloak.
Perks:
Bat Out of Hell - If a generator is completed, up to 3 Survivors working on that generator will have their auras shown for 3 seconds after the generator is completed. The Killer will also have their speed increased by 3% for 8 seconds after the generator is completed. All Survivors that completed the last generator have their auras revealed for 9 seconds. Bat Out of Hell's first effect can only be activated once every 60/50/40 seconds.
Grimm Child - If an injured Survivor is healed within 24/30/36m of the Killer, a flame will appear in front of the Killer and fly toward the survivor, vanishing when it hits a wall or the survivor. Grimm Child can only activate once every 60/50/40 seconds.
Nightmare King - If a Survivor is put into the Dying State by a basic attack, Survivors within 8m are also put into the Dying State. Healthy Survivors within 12 meters of a hooked Survivor have their auras revealed. The aura reveal lasts for 1/2/3 seconds after the hooked Survivor is unhooked, or the Survivor leaves the 12 meter radius.

This was here for an error I made, where I didn't list the terror radius for the Hollow Knight or the Grimm, buuut there's no delete option. So, I'll leave it here. If there is a way to delete this now useless comment, I'd like to know.
