Suggestions for Unsafe Unhooks?
What are some things that can be implemented into the game to help with farming? I'd love to hear ideas 💜

If you get farmed often use DS.
Use borrowed time as an excuse when you farm others. (It's still not nice thou)
But I suggest to give the killer time to move before unhooking.

Run borrowed time?

Would love to see a option to kick the survivor away xD

Unfortunately, this would get abused by trolling survivors.

my idea is to grant the rescuer 1500 blood points only if the unhook was safe. If it wasn’t, the rescuer gets nothing. Unsafe unhooks already ######### your team (unless they have DS, but you can’t count on that), so I don’t think the rescuer should get a reward for it.
Also, it means that farmers are required to equip borrowed time to get their blood points . It’s still annoying to be farmed with borrowed, but it’s way better than unsafe unhooks.

Adrenaline to survive a hit if you get farmed in late-game.
Breakdown to try and remove the chance to get re-hooked.
Decisive Strike's change was born for this.
Dead Hard to ignore being downed immediately.
Optionally, you could do Kindred, to remove those who, for some reason, it's safe to do and then, thanks to Kindred, decide it's not.
There's quite the options already. 😊

new things to get implemented?
i'd personally love to see a new killer perk, that injures survivors who go for hook rescues within your TR.
that would allow you to choose who to kill, as both are one hit down, punish those who just run in and farm the hook, as they will also go down immediately AND combined with BT on the survivors side encourage the killer to not tunnel, as now the rescuer is oneshot while the rescued has 2 health states (with DS even a 3rd).
idk if that would be balanced or not, i just came up with the idea, but i kinda like the concept of it ^^

I don't think that perk would discourage tunneling as much as it would encourage slugging.

Simple if your team is farming you either because they don't know better or intentionally either to troll or farm points
Approach the killer for mercy. If you have time before he gets to you crouch to him as he's coming to you, drop your item if you have one. Chances are the killer knows what is up and will accept your plea
Than you can work with him to smash down the other guys for ruining your experience
You would be surprised how many people that play this game have also played Team Fortress 2. A random crouch plea of mercy could be just the ticket to communicate to the killer

Working with the killer is literally on the report thing at the end of the match.
I wouldn't advice people to do it

I consider to be fine because if your team is clearly going out of their way to ruin the experience for you especially if they are in a SWF
Than I don't see the problem in it

Boot to the Face.
The hooked seriously needs to have struggle automatic, and a button to kick a survivor trying to unhook them.

That perk actually encourages tunneling, camping and slugging all in one, and is a bad idea.

well, that tunneling part was just the little cherry on top.
the main function of the perk was to punish hook farmers by exposing them to the killer.
combined with BT, killers would rather go and take the hook the rescuer offers to them instead of leaving them, risking to lose both hooks.
basically all the perk did was switching the roles - the rescuer is the injured one and the rescued the healthy one, so i sont really see it encouraging slugging more than any normal hook save does (IF BT or DS is in play, which i assume is the case when someone hookfarms anyway)... its just that its not the one that previously has been on the hook that lies in the dirt this time.

I think there is already enough in place. Bad teammates are unfortunately part of the co-op experience. Unsafe unhooks could drastically lower the altruism score. Farmers usually don't just do it to one person in a match, so maybe it's a safety pip at best after 2 or 3 unsafe unhooks.

Just rank up. There shouldn't be more bandaids that fix mistakes made by either side make. If your teammate is terrible, unhooks you unsafely without BT then doesn't take the protection hit, then your team is going to suffer accordingly. Asking for a fix for unsafe unhooking will generally (knowing BHVR) create a balance where survivors can just unhook in a killers' face with impunity. Just don't make the mistake in the first place.
You can definitely and relatively easily pip without escaping as long as you know how to loop and read basic mindgames. As you get higher in rank, the amount of potatoes should lessen to the point where you don't have this problem anymore. It sucks to be "farmed" on hook, but it's a mistake that the other side can't help but capitalize on.

If someone unhooks me knowing full well the Killer is right behind them, I just stand there, let them kill me, and end the game. I can't be bothered to be bothered by either noobs or farmers. It is very discourteous!

Maybe not nothing, because campers do exist... but reduced points should be the route to go.

Have some conditions:
You can only kick a survivor when...
- You're in LoS to the killer.
- When the killer is within 16 meters to you.
I'm just spitballing some ideas here, don't expect these to be perfect!

Borrowed time exists. Also sometimes you have to try without BT. Teammates can play smart and tank hits for each other or maybe somebody brings an insta-heal. There are just so many variables.

That's when you have to judge the situation as the hooked survivor, the game can't do all the thinking for you - it can only do so much without human input.

How is the hooked survivor supposed to judge whether his random teammate has BT, is willing to tank a hit, has an insta-heal etc?
While it would be nice sometimes to deny an unhook as the hooked person, it would lead to more problems than we currently have.

I'll name some situations:
Situation
Let's say you're dead in 10 seconds or you're really close to struggle, and you see a teammate coming to save you with the killer.
Thought Process
You minus well let them unhook you - what else do you have to lose at that point?
What Can Happen
Boom, the survivor has BT, and if they don't, you was going to die or enter struggle anyways. If you would've kicked them, you would've just died or went to struggle. You have to judge the situation.
Another situation
You see BT time activate in the game, and 5 minutes later you are hooked. Almost immediately, you see a survivor rushing to unhook you when the killer hasn't left the proximity yet.
Thought Process
If you put two and two together, you can safely assume that's the survivor with BT - let them unhook you instead of kicking them.
What Can Happen
Worse case scenario the killer has to go through 2 health states trying to rehook you. If you kick them, you will potentially cause them to get downed while you're hooked, bad play because the killer now has huge momentum.
