Survivors on PS4 are ridiculously toxic at any rank from greens and above. Their arrogance knows no limits. I still win most games but I don't like having these little worms try their annoying techniques they got off of ######### YouTubers on me. This is why we need an end game chat on consoles so that people can calm their nerves and say their peace at the end of games. Sometimes I want to say GG to a good group of survivors but can't and sometimes I want to give tips to some survivors on how to get a bit better. Ultimately the problem is people and I know BHVR doesn't have any control over it but I just think that the game would be a much better place if we all tried to have fun instead of bullying each other relentlessly. For clarification I'm a rank 8 killer and 4 survivor but I've been rank 1 both before.

    Experienced that most when I play Killer.I dosen't get toxic Killer often but toxic Survivor at 90% of my Games.

    @Toxicequalsdead What kind of things are you experiencing? When I play killer, I get some messages here and there, tea baggers. When I play survivor, I teabag, shake my head, but never message anything toxic or curse words. I never hated anyone and I always try to have fun, never try to be a bully so I'm wondering what you have been experiencing

    @Toxicequalsdead I know what you mean! Its not really the toxicity but i want to say my ggs! And i want to tell the trapper that he might have trapped that window totally wrong. I dont wanna be blocked by the individual user settings when i wanna talk to the people playing the exact game like i am.

    I play on PS4 as well and used to main survivor but now play killer.

    It's awful on BOTH sides no where near as bad as the old days before the changes to pipping, emblems and end game but it's there.

    Solo queuing with a SWF duo or trio who click click flashy flashy tbag and finger point is awful.

    However so is a killer who just stands and hits you at the their first hook of the game or slugs everyone and tbags and nods for no reason.

    I play to have fun but not at the expense of other players. I find when I can msg them most bm players are children with no real concept of how their actions can irritate what can be mostly a fun game.

    I just try and get the match over with asap and find another. It sucks and I agree it's frustrating but what it isn't, is one sided.

    the "good" survivors bring along their buddies to team up in a SWF, use (at least) 2 toolboxes / flashlights and start bullying the killer.

    and then somehow still 2 of them die against a demogorgon with no add ons, no offering and only lvl 1 surge.

    its actually just sad... xD

    I've recently returned from a break and I've noticed the toxicity levels on PC has just skyrocketed. I know it has been bad but every match there will be at least a guaranteed BMing survivor then when it comes to the end game chat, I think some of their egos are higher than their IQ.

    I don't know, t-bagging doesn't really do anything to me but I will go out of my way to tunnel them if I see them to teach them a lesson. Camping is just a waste of time so I don't bother with it unless it's end game against a t-bagger.

    It sucks though because a lot of new players are playing due to the chapter but they are just met with toxicity. I don't really have hopes they will stick around after being bullied, tormented, mocked and just spoken down on after they lose a match and then if they win, just get told to "#########", and all those fun shenanigans.

    I used to play on PC and recently switched to PS4. I do not miss the after game post chat. It literally was flaming or bm city and i for one feel much better knowing there wont be any after the match is over.

    I dont think toxicity is limited to either side and while some players may choose to leave their settings open to receive random messages (good or bad) I get a sense of relief knowing I can just opt out of anyones salty egos or even well deserved 'ggs'
