Updated Perks

As of the latest patch such as Left Behind & Dark Sense there needs to be continuing updates on other perks on both sides for survivors and killer. Its not hard to review the community and their opinions on how certain perks should be reworked. I like the short update with revised perks but I do think some other perks need to be tweaked as well. In my opinion I think Borrow time should be a built in survivor perk and the reason being that the killer has so many built in perks without having to equip them so wondered why DBD never gave survivors one of their built in perks to have natural perks as well even if it was just one.
