Tier List including Demogorgon with Explanations
SS
Nurse: Undoubtedly the Queen of the Entity's killers. Her map presence, ability to ignore pallets and windows, as well as addons leave Nurse as the cream of the crop, with her sitting exclusively at SS. Her map dependence is similar to Billy, suffering on the more closed in maps like Hawkins and Lery's
S
Spirit: Arguably the hardest killer in the game to master, Spirit has the most potential for mind games. While she can be countered by Iron Will, the best Spirit's will still be able to find you. Her addons are mostly unremarkable except for Prayer Beads which will turn Spirit into the scariest killer in the game.
Hillbilly: The strongest of the original 3 killers, Billy has unmatchable map presence, with ridiculously easy instadown potential. Once a Billy sees you with BBQ you might as well just put yourself on a hook. Billy's addons aren't that good with the exception of Instasaw Billy. Billy will do fine on most maps with the exception of Lery's, The Game, and Hawkins.
A
Freddy: Previously the worst killer in the game, Freddy finally gets a taste at viability. His gen teleport gives him a good amount of map pressure, and Dream Pallets and Snares are both strong in their own right, with Snares possibly edging out Pallets if you know optimal placement spots. Also there's Black Box, which will almost certainly cause a 3 man game.
Huntress: The first ranged killer, able to shut down chases early with well thrown hatchets. The only thing bringing her below Freddy is her poor map pressure with 110% movement speed as well as map dependance, doing well on more open maps.
Ghostface: Arguably could be much lower on the list. If you aren't revealed through walls Ghostface is pretty strong with a base movement speed, as well as the ability to crouch and hide his Stain, making for good mind game potential. Slightly dependant on addons, namely Chewed Pen for reducing Night Shroud's cooldown. I feel like if the devs reduce its cooldown, he could possible be higher on the list.
Demogorgon: The newest killer with the highest chance of being moved around on the list. His portals allow for map pressure and hook defense, while his Shred can shut down longer loops such as the Killer Shack. His placement here is taking into account his buff coming out, where he is able to destroy pallets with Shred, which will possibly shorten the amount of times survivors will be able run the loop safely.
Hag: Could be place higher than Demogorgon, but her 110% speed as well as less overall map pressure keep her down. Hag is also hard countered by flashlights, which can destroy her traps, and Urban Evasion, which allows survivors to crouch past the traps without triggering them. If placed optimally though, her traps could allow her strong map pressure as well the ability to cut chases down, allowing her to flip flop with Demogorgon.
B
Plague: The main problem with Plague is survivor's ability to completely deny her of her power by not cleansing. Although they run the risk of being Broken, any survivor worth their salt will still be able to avoid her. Can be placed in mid A tier if she is running addons like Vile Emetic and Black Incense.
Micheal: A unique killer, starting the match with basically no terror radius, gives him gen grab potential, while he has a huge lunge and instadown in Tier 3. Though he has the ability to completely wipe a team in seconds with Tier 3, these are rare occurrences and combined with the fact that EW3 can only be activated a limited amount of times Micheal sits at high B tier.
Doctor: Although he completely deletes stealth from the game, he is a basic M1 killer otherwise and gets hard countered by Calm Spirit. He suffers from the problems of low map pressure and being susceptible to loops.
Pig: Poor Amanda... Originally pretty alright with strong endgame potential, that was completely removed with the End Game Collapse. While her traps are a pretty strong slowdown tool, they can be completely ignored or removed within 20 seconds of her putting it on. The removal of her endgame potential as well as the fact that her ambush no longer activates on hit effects leaves her at the bottom of B tier.
C
Wraith: Wraith is in a weird spot. With addons he can completely dominate using things like Windstorm and the Coxcomb Clapper with The Ghost. Otherwise, he gets an easy first hit and then looped for 5 gens. Wraith is completely addon dependant, leaving him at the top of C tier.
Legion: Originally the worst killer to play against, Legion was reworked. While Legion was the worst to play against as survivor, their rework left them pretty unfun for killers. A basic M1 killer who can get an easy first hit and can't down anyone with their power unless you're brain dead enough to jump in a locker during Feral Frenzy. Legion is therefore susceptible to loops, without a power to significantly effect the chase.
Trapper: The original killer. Unfortunately, he isn't that good. A basic M1 killer who can gate off certain loops with traps. The problem is that trap's hitboxes are super finicky, survivors can most of the time just go around them, hold them open for others, or just Dead Hard through them in the middle of a chase.
D
Clown: Although he came with a huge update, bringing the In-Game Store and new cosmetics, Clown himself was underwhelming to say the least. His bottles will at best cut down 1 loop, forcing the pallet drop a smidge faster. With Redhead's Pinky he's a menace, but otherwise he just gets looped like every other M1 killer.
Bubba: Here we are, poor Bubba at the bottom. While he has an instadown, it is the worst in the game. Unless you are on a Coldwind map in the corn, 90% of the time survivors will manage to make it to a window, pallet or some round object they can just run in circles around.
That's it, let me know your thoughts and how you would change the list. The one I was least sure about was Demogorgon, considering he's been out for less than a week and has that hotfix coming out soon. He's still really fun to play though.

That is a pretty true and good tier list

IMO, I think that ghostface should be lower and that Myers should be higher. I’m not saying Myers is SS and GF is D but Myers does better when comparing abilities such as one shot for everyone instead of only 1 or 2, with the increased lunge and vault speed, while also being base speed. I also think Bubba should be higher because he might not be the best, but better than wraith and legion because of his multiple one shot and instant pallet breaking. No hate tho, I see why you’d choose the tiers that each killer is at.

I believe Hag should be S tier and Ghostface B+ tier. Next to Michael. Doctor should be lower as well.

You're pretty much right on Wraith except "completely dominate".
With experienced Survivors, he can dominate, but not completely.
Or maybe that's just because of how i play him. 😜

Seems like nobody's played Wraith in a while, so no one runs up against good ones. They can destroy a team of decent players.

I would put Freddy and Demogorgon right next to eachother tbh. They both have similar powers, but each with their own upsides and downfalls. Demogorgon might be higher though, after his hotfix.

Doctor is far too weak to be in B tier. I'd suggest putting him in low C tier or high D tier. His shocks are way too unpredictable and the survivors have a perk that completely renders his tracking useless. Overall a good concept but horrible execution...
