Has the chance to spawn on the new map already been set to default?

I haven't played on it in the past 2 days which is pretty odd seeing as the chapter was only released 4 days ago, does anyone know whether the devs have already changed the probability that you get it?

    Yes it has, you must be getting bad luck. I had 2 Freddy games in a row and 2 GF games in a row on it. Didn’t get i much to begin with, but then I started getting it alot.
