Killers get more BP on average amd are able tp get 2x with theor respective BP perk (BBQ) a hell of a lot easier than survivors. Pick a killer you like and throw bbq on them. Hag if played right tends to always max deviousness, so she's a good option.

I believe the BEST way would be to Waite for the double bp event next weekend

Doctor with BBQ and Distressing + Pudding or party streamer. You probably won't get a 4k or pip but you will get lots of BP
