depends on the play style both are the same mid-tier.
I like the doc more since you find ppl very fast and the down side of the myers is that if he doesn't get ew2 fast you can lose pretty badly.1 -

Both
Doc can still be loop even if you charge them or not, they won't be able to loop only if you shock them in pellets where there's not much to loop, hard to explain on this one

Other than that, playing a 0 perk Doctor can be super challenging, so it's not about gitting gud, since you haven't spent a lot of time actually playing him and figuring him out.
Myers is fun to play too but has sadly been nerfed to the ground by the devs and is continued to be nerfed for no reason other than the fact that rank 20 survivors don't know what to do against him.
Additionally, Myer's has crappy perks. Literally none are decent maybe except Dying Light.
The Doctor on the other hand has very nice perks. M&A and Overcharge being pretty popular with many killers. Plus, getting his teachables allow you to use these on other killers. M&A is great on Nurse and Hag. Overcharge is great on any killer but only the TIER III version. Overwhelming Presence is great on any killer if you're trying to counter a flashlight team. I would recommend The Doctor.You can even buy The Doctor for free if you have enough shards, while you'll be wasting your actual money on Myers if you go for him.
Okay I get it how hard he’s been nerfed the most painfull things was “play with your food” perk it was god perk lol maybe little bir broken still ...

Herman baby!!! Although out of the licensed, Myers is really fun to play and play against. Either or is cool and very different. But by boy Herman is the truth!1

Myers is far stronger and can be really fun with his jump scare builds. Doc pisses people off and is a point ######### once you get distressing and BQ&C.
