BBQ is always nice, let's you see which gen/s to teleport to, plus extra bloodpoints

    I personally love STBFL

    But that's pretty obvious

Freddy and Spirit main here (rank 8 right now, I'm usually a rank 1 by the end of every season):

    • I would recomend reading perks like Discordance to do mind games, go towards the highlighted gen, start teleporting, lure them off it and hit them without actually doing the teleport, works every time.
    • BBQ to know where to go and extra BP
    • NOED cause Freddy as a small killer tends to be perceived as a long lounge killer (he's not) so, extra speed and one hits get the trick
    • I would keep Blood Warden

I never use slowdown perks for gens like ruin cause I do believe Freddy is capable of killing everyone without them doing more than 4 gens in the right hands.

    • Use pallets in green, yellow and grey ranks
    • Use bloodtraps in purple and red ranks

Pop Goes the Weasel is really good on Freddy because he can teleport to a gen and kick it instantly.

MYC could be good since you could warp back to the hook.

BBQ is great for points and helps you figure out which gen to warp to.

Discordance, Surveillance, and Thrilling Tremors could also be helpful for similar reasons.

BBQ for RM. Leave BW, but if you really want it out, do STBFL.

Okay so my personal load out works with any addons or just no addons at all, and it includes:

    -Hex: Ruin/Discordance:

Ruin is just ruin, discordance gives key information about where to pressure to get the most disruption. Depends how confident you feel without ruin.

    -Make Your Choice:

Especially potent when you hook near a gen, MYC is a really solid choice because it gives free instadowns or just forces one survivor into hiding.

    -Barbequeue and Chili:

Lethal combined with Pop and gen teleport, not only do you get double bloodpoints, it gives some amazing information.

    -Pop goes the weasel:

It's a flat out 25% gen regression (that's like, 20 seconds of a gen gone) on top of regular regression. Honestly such a good perk on him.

Like I said, this build can be used with any add-ons you like and get decently high - rank 3 being my highest since the rework without ruin or add-ons. Especially since the BT nerf to him, he's stronger than ever.

Ruin, BBQ/Thrilling Tremors, Surveillance and Pop Goes the Weasel. Bamboozle can work with fake pallets.

I use Ruin, PGTW, BBQ, and Surveillance with a Dream Pallet add-on and Red Paint Brush.

PGTW is god tier on Freddy because of his gen teleport.

Surveillance tells me what gens are being worked on so I know which gen I need to teleport to. Really powerful with PGTW.

BBQ also helps me with teleportation because I teleport in front of a Survivor or to a gen that's being worked on. It's really satisfying to teleport in front of a Survivor and hit them because they weren't expecting it.

Red Paint Brush forces Survivors to run to their wakeup object if they want avoid my pallets (the ones I encounter like to wake up, so it helps slow the game down).

Dream Pallets can catch a Survivor off guard and if a Survivor decides to drop them when not in a chase, they end up wasting time. Freddy puts them up quickly and he isn't slowed down while doing so. It's also really satisfying when a Survivor thinks that they're real and drops them, only to see the pallet explode and Freddy's claws slicing through their body.

Around loops, not at windows, close to pallets, near walls of structures where you know survivors run, actually, check your post, @BlueFang posted a video that gives you quite a good look at where dream snares should be placed

My Freddy build: PGTW, Bamboozle, Enduring, BBQ.

Snares struggle the most at super long walls with windows near long wall/short wall pallets and jungle gyms. Bamboozle will save you a ton of time. Also deals with broken god windows quickly.
