So I just played a match as ghost face while using only his 3 perks and got a 4k but it only gave me a ruthless killer. They only did 2 gens, someone please explain how this works.

    If you got a 4k than you should of gotten a merciless, are you referring to 32k points or 4k as in all all out medals?

    4k doesn't equal a double pip anymore unfortunately. You have to try and score well in each emblem, which at red ranks can be a nightmare using only adept perks. Study up on the emblems and know that you should be hooking 10-12 times.

    More than likely you didn't get into very many chases and one hooked one or two of them.

    Also, the higher your rank the harder it is to get a merciless because the new pip system moves the goal line.
