Vigil update/ balance

It would be cool if vigil increased the rate of recovery. However this game isn't balanced towards asymetrical, the nerfs to exhuastion is a grear steps thanks to the devs. Survivors want vigil to allow them to recover from exhaustion quicker and during chase. The problem with this is it will keep the meta the same or worse, as now survivors will run most likely sprint burst, selfcare, and vigil. Vigil also makes the exuastion wear off quicker. 20% might not seem like much, but 8 seconds sooner is 32 seconds, which is relatively fast. If it's still double the time, then it is 16 seconds sooner which is a lot of time saved. I'm a survivor main myself and killers are super underpowered. I think some perks and addons came into the game and the long term impact of four people being able to run the same perk or addon was not taken into account(cough cough dstrike). For medium level game play the game could end in 8 minutes, 6-4 minutes possibly at higher ranks. The killer is supposed to be powerful, but they lack power. There's times where I run the killer around for 4 gens, and that's crazy! I did not make a mistake, so the killer couldn't down me. It's crazy how few killers have control and can be proactive but when the devs introduce the clown, people cry because he has some control. This game isn't supposed to be handed to survivors, let us work for it. Let us feel actual danger!
