New perk idea based off a very rare thing called "luck"
dunno the name. they need to either make more perks that use luck or get rid of luck entirely.
You have a 30%/40%/50% chance to not scream or have your aura shown or make an alert(with the exception of diversion). when used, has a cooldown of 60/45/30 seconds. You gain a notification when its used

If you put the % chances you're already not considering luck. Luck based perks would also require offerings to work at best.
If you're talking about the stat in did and not actual luck, otherwise all perks should have extremely overpowered effects, or nobody would use them since there are more solid and consistent perks.

Technician should be affected by luck in my opinion and this one if its added. idk why its not.
