Hawkins is pretty bad for killer
I literally played a match as Myers and got butt handed to me I snagged one kill by luck but the 1000 pallets in every room made it down right disgusting urrgh

Hawkins is a Killer wonderland. Most of them are unsafe. Don't break the ones in the hallway mid chase and watchout for the double pallet room.

Well yeah it could just be the killer I'm using but it felt pretty bad the Demogorgon actually does pretty well on his map but it was pretty bad for Michael

Yawn. It's you not knowing how to play. Funny how you first blame the map and then blame the killer. It's YOU.

Sure thing

I just put it together survivor main wants infinite pallets
1 -
Really with Michael? I main him and find that a very strong map for him. Its great for all the stealth killers.
2 -
Sooo you're saying Hawkins is a great stealth map

U can literally just around most of the pallets in that map, apart from 1 specific room where there is a double pallet spawn but other than that, u just need to git gud, I mean u literally saud that u killed one by luck 🤣😶
1 -
Yes. I haven't tried any of the other killers on it since I am a Michael main. I imagine the likes of Hillbilly and Huntress wouldn't have a fun time on it though.

Your playing wrong or badly, or just dont know the map yet.
Its a killer playground lol. I love getting that map. Yes theres a crapton of pallets. But most are unsafe. The worst thing about that map is going agaisnt survivors with balanced landing.
Also its a fairly new map. Survivors dont know it well and will literally run into dead ends or walls and its pretty hilarious. I average 3k or 4k on that map with every killer i use.

I think you mean the opposite absolutely a terrible survivor map
2 -
Actually huntress and hillbilly does great on that map but Michael has no way of countering loops considering blood lust and tier 3
As for you I very unique play style that allows me to get good in your words
0 -
Hawkins is probably the worst map in the game bar Haddonfield.
Terrible for survivors in some areas and terrible for killer in other areas.
An epic failure game play wise

The loops on that map are predominately unsafe pallets. I've not struggled with them as Michael, even with balanced landing users.
0 -
They don't need to know the map they have things like this
0 -
Nah it's a a good map for survivors all around every room has pallets and little nooks that survivor can wall hug until their out of the killers sight

Personally, I love the new map as killer and survivor. I can't tell you how many times I ran into the "enemy" and its like OMG! It's quite fun to me. There is a lot of mind game potential and just the extra "fear" level it adds.
As far as loops and stuff there's so many times you can run a different way,, and then boom smack right into them again and down them. I don't know I am still learning and getting used to it, but I enjoy it.
Headphones and altruism the survivors worst enemy *cackles*

I've had a fun time on this map. The pallets are generally unsafe, so they don't waste an incredible amount of time, but there are still some nasty areas I try to avoid as killer. I'd say BL is a little too strong in some areas, but overall it's a pretty well balanced map.

I never said the map it self is bad or unfun but I feel there's a ton of stuff that survivor's can thrive on and have a better match than killers
0 -
don't blame your loss of a 4k on the killer and map, u said yourself u have a "unique playing style, maybe that's the problem, cuz clearly it looks like the problem isn't the map (honestly if anything I think it should have slightly more safe pallets) , in which literally 80 percent of the pallets u can just hold W and walk around them, if anything they're like a deathtrap for survivors. I've played myers and ghostface on that map, it's literally a haven for them, not to mention its another great scratch mirror myers map

So ######### I'm supposed to run scatch mirror Myers until I so happen to come across the map, its not literally a haven for them perks like Spine Chill and Alert do exist and Premonition. A good SWF will waste your time going to all the loops and pallets I don't earth you live on but get real that level is bad against killers where I've played several matches and haven't 4k'd yet plus like the game the exit gate's become a guessing game where you have to hope you went to the right gate
0 -
It's not a haven for stealth killers perks like spine chill and alert combined with sprint burst is rough a good SWF will waste your time I'm I suppose to run scratch mirror Myers until I get that level get real it's a rough level for killers
0 -
Most of those are unsafe though.
However, playing Freddy on Hawkins ######### with your FPS. I just finished playing him there and it did not feel good at all. Everything felt choppy.

I don't like it as a survivor but as a killer is... fine? I mean, some killers have serious rough times, like Nurse. I just played the map with the demogorgon and he is literally made for that map.
1 -
Yeah that's what I say the Demogorgon is does great on that level but for killers like Myers the loops are insane even for Ghostface and survivor's who play the map aren't going to stick around at those pallets they drop them an then run to the next room are just out of your sight, I'm not saying the level is a bad design it's the Fresh's map we got it has a thousand pallets which is bad for killers who are not good at stopping loops immediately that's all
0 -
It’s amazing for scratched mirror Myers, Ghostface too.
0 -
Is it really you guys must know when exactly you'll be on the level because it's pretty random for me
0 -
Feels pretty strong for the stealth killers actually.
0 -
You don't say I guess you mean Myers Pig and Ghostface
0 -
I bring a map offering if I’m gonna use scratched mirror, otherwise you’re pretty screwed.
0 -
Myers is really strong on this map. Especially in stealth myers mode.
1 -
There are almost no loops on the map without balanced landing. The only loop in the map without perks is the double pallet room. Everywhere else is 100% unsafe.
If you are having trouble baiting pallets out use Spirit Fury and/or Enduring.
0 -
I do.
1 -
Ok I understand how perfect is your gamertag they actually created a killer that fits perfect
0 -
Eh, most of the pallets are unsafe. And with your increased lunge distance while in tier 3, you should be annihilating them at most of those loops.
About the only thing that may hamper you is the reduced lines of sight which may make getting a good bout of stalking off a PITA - but that works both ways as stealth killers generally thrive in enclosed environments like Lery's and Hawkins.

Gamertag? What do you mean?
0 -
What? it's the you use like Blueberry they use to be called Gamertag's I guess nowadays people say Username and Psn I'm not sure what Nintendo or Xbox calls them
0 -
Oh you mean because she's blue..lol
1 -
Yep she's very Blueberry

I'm not sure why everybody is being so aggressive and rude here, but good points have also been made.
There are a lot of UNSAFE pallets in the map, and a few safe pallets. There's some good drop downs for survivors IF they have Balanced Landing. If they don't, they're put in bad positions. As a survivor it's really hard to tell where the terror radius is when you're upstairs and most of the totem placements are good. As a killer, it can be tough because there's tons of line of sight blockers and this can actually cause you to either get disoriented OR lose bloodlust (or just not build bloodlust as fast.) There's so much junk in the way that certain killer abilities are almost completely screwed over, like Billy's. Ironically, Demo's lunge is probably at its worst on this map. Just too much junk and quick turns to get it off very often.
I can see your point, and Fungoose was originally really pissed off upon seeing the new map. You really just have to mindgame at the unsafe pallet spots and you'll score yourself some free hits. Also, there's not really any infinites on this map. There's one spot that CAN be an infinite, if the killer doesn't know how to run it, but there's nothing in here like Strode house or Ironworks.

Very well said
I was trying to point out that their are good things for survivors and even great things for survivors there's not much room to work if the killer isn't great at stopping loops 🤷♂️ I'm sorry but theirs no get good in between that either I break off and chase the other survivor while the others "hit the gens" which makes me lose more time mine you have to find this other survivor are I chase the person I've been chasing while they burn those generators up

If they run spine chill and premonition, then there's nothing you can do about that, but that isn't the maps fault at all, but I've said this multiple times, and I'll say it again, there is only 1 or 2 rooms where pallets spawn that are really safe, idk about you but those pallets don't waste much of my time, the rest u can just walk around, memorize the map, don't blame it on Michael or the map, you just need to know where the loops are.
