Fought a Ghostface with No Terror Radius
Could someone explain to me the build? This is his build.
How did he manage no TR the entire game? I even tried revealing him but he never activated his stalk power even once. Nobody was ever hit with Exposed either.
But there was absolutely no Terror Radius or Red Stain the entire game. I was last to die and I unhooked everyone so I know.
This is an interesting build I'd like to do it might be better than Stealth Myers

His build looks pretty basic, he's running stalk and power recovery add-ons with a BP offering. Looks like Ruin, Bamboozle, Brutal Strength, and BBQ for perks.
I don't see anything here that could do what you described and it seems odd to me that he would run add-ons to boost his power if he never used it, so I can only assume something bugged out in the match somehow.

If he didn't stalk ever that might mean HE knew about it
But this is a bug as Legion has this bug too, if spawning in sometimes you don't load in with a TR

This may just be ignorance on my part, but how do you know they never used their ability? It could be a bug around revealing them.

You can easily tell if Ghostface is in Night Shroud. He has no red light. If the OP saw a red light the entire time and Ghostface STILL had no terror radius then it would definitely be questionable on why he had no terror radius.

I think this happened to me on the switch. I can't 100% confirm as I was playing without headphones and the heartbeat is horribly hard to hear on there, but I remember at one point I was wondering where his terror radius was. I didn't hear it at all and I should've a little bit during chase. He spotted me so I had to turn my focus to chase. I know for a fact he wasn't in stealth because he swung and missed right as he saw me, that would have broken him out.

When Ghosty is shrouded, he has no TR and no RS!
But as soon as he hits someone, not grabs, he gets auto broken out.

He isn't his power to stalk. He is using his power to be a stealthy killer, that way he can sneak up on people. I didn't check his add-ons, buy what u usually want is power CD and harder to spot add-ons.
It's the best way of playing GF. Pretty strong.
