"duration of a Survivor staying Marked."

I can't understand this sentence.

Can someone tell me exactly what these addons do?

The marked survivor is exposed for a longer period of time.

When ghosface stalks someone for few seconds, this person becomes exposed for 45 seconds. These add ons increase this value to 50 or 55 seconds.
