Decisive Strike doesn't need to be an 100% anti tunnel perk and nothing else. I feel like it's fine the way it is now, it has counterplay.

So if I got tunneled of Hook for 40 seconds, the Killer is not tunneling anymore, he is chasing normally. Even if it is still me.

If he is chasing you for 60 seconds its not tunneling?

I've actually been unhooked by a teammate in the basement before and killer was proxy camping entire time waiting, so I hop in a locker and he proceeds to count to 60 sec. Totally not tunneling tho, right? They don't understand the perk.
Edit: Btw, these are probably the same kind of people that complain about BT when they could of just gone for the one unhooking person for x2 free hits and placed them on the hook instead.
