Another unbalanced match for a poor killer (SOLO survivor gameplay)
Solo survivor game, I had to do a daily with Jake (level 12 btw) and here we are again, another match with a killer who clearly had no chance against me.
Result: I wasted 3 gens of the killer time before being hit for the first time, and the other people were good as well.
This poor person scored 14k with 1 bbq stack and a 6 minutes game.
A green rank should NEVER face a red rank, it is simply unfair!!!

It's likely due to a sanity check that says if game isn't filled by X time then fill it with whatever is available. But then it's also only a few levels difference between 3 and 9 so there is that too.

I didn't pay attention if it took long to find the lobby as I was reading Stephen King lol
as for the difference is 6 ranks, and two different rank brackets, it's too much and you could see it from the frustration of the poor guy swinging and swinging trying to hit me.

I just had a Red Rank Wraith we got a 4 man escape on in Hawkins.

My friend and I are Rank 2, and our other friend is a boosted Rank 8. The random was Rank 2 or 3. The Wraith didn’t have Ruin, but we definitely weren’t Gen Rushing him. Not sure how he managed to not get atleast 1 kill after he put us all on death hook.

Not sure if it goes all out "anything goes" at any point, but I'm pretty sure it's confirmed that the longer you search, the wider the "acceptable rank pool" becomes.
And yeah, rank 3 and rank 9 isn't that bad, as even red ranks has a wide variety of skill in it. Looking for a game would be hell in less populated regions if matchmaking was really strict.

You sure the Wraith wasn't milking you guys for points? That's how I play: I don't bring Ruin, I lengthen the match as much as possible, getting as many Bloodpoints as I can without sacrificing anyone.

Well, to be fair, I have no idea how to run the tiles on Hawkins, either. I get that map so seldom that I still get hopelessly lost on it, both as survivor and killer.

Rank 9 killer is not innocent. He killed plenty on the way there.
He needs to be forged in the fire of defeat in order to appreciate his victories.
I have no doubt he wrecked the next team he came across.

A green rank killer versing 2 red and 2 purples is very tough. Especially when that killer never hitted red ranks before. But I think it's better to have difficult match than none.
