if the perk needs a nerf/QOL update/ no change/ or buff.

Explain why you think your change is justified.

Situation: Ruin can be blown up in 6 seconds of a match and Experienced survivors could completely negate/ ignore it.

But!

How can we adjust this perk to balance it out for newer survivors and make it more effective?
