I know there is a million suggestions but here's mine , maybe a Jack Nicholson type killer with an axe. He would be all frozen nodding to the end of the movie (The Shining) and be able to break through barricades more easily than the others killers but he would be prone to outbursts that often alert survivors to his location. His speed would be higher than The Shapes but not near as fast as The Pig.
