David not as tough as he looks
When you hit him he howls like a big baby.
There is no more satisfying survivor to hit than a David.
Compare him to Dwight. Dwight sounds like he's just been slightly inconvenienced. David be like 'OOOOOWWWWrrrrruuUUU'

What do you mean? That's exactly what makes him tough.
Dwight gets hit, he's barely hurt. David gets hit, it hurts a TON but he still keeps going.
Being tough isn't about not getting hurt.
Being tough is about being able to keep going when you're hurting bad. To be able to overcome pain, not ignore it.

I think it comes mostly from non-English members who don't recognize the character type. He is the English equivalent of a 'jock' I guess.

He just sounds like an utter spanner. Good at sports, bad tempered, drinker, debt collector, fist fighter all tied together with the "I'm 'ard, me" tag.

Feels good to watch toxic/cocky Davids Dead Hard into walls, get smacked for thinking they're gonna "pull a pro gamer move". The pain David yelps when hit is the cherry on top. I swear most Davids I,play against are def cocky ones xD
@Dr_Loomis I always saw him as part Jock and part Chav to be honest, with how loud and rowdy he'd be, itching for brawls
