New killer perk idea: The Darkness Awaits

Just had a perk idea for killer that might be a better substitute for monstrous shrine.
You're obsessed with one survivor, each time you hook your obsession you gain a token stackable up to 3 tokens depending on the tier of the perk.
Tier 1: 3 tokens will increase the progression speed up to 25% of the entity on any hooks to all survivors (excluding the obsession)
Tier 2: 2 tokens will increase the progression speed up to 50% of the entity on any hooks to all survivors (excluding the obsession)
Tier 3: 2 tokens will increase the progression speed up to 75% of the entity on any hooks to all survivors (excluding the obsession)
If my facts are correct and it takes a full 120 secs for a survivor to be consumed by the entity on all 3 stages of the hook, this should lower the number to 90 secs at tier 3 giving a 30 sec decrease of the sacrifice stage to all survivors. I kept the obsession out of the affect because well... They're just the guinea pig of the curse.
