Yes with her addon where you can see puking survs shes A tier because nobody heals anyway so youre like widowmaker pew pew otherwise .. no :)

Yeah but without that add on though . I meant with not being add on reliant . What perks work best for her
edit * I see where you said no lol

Well, Plague is an M1 killer unless survivors cleanse. If you're good with M1 killers, yeah, she's worth it. Try playing Michael Myers. If you're good with him you should do well with Plague.
If survivors don't cleanse you're essentially a permanent EW3 Myers with normal lunge range, and if survivors do cleanse you're a machine gun Huntress who barely needs to aim.
You'll just need to be on point with your M1 killer gameplay.

Unfortunately, her power set won't change much with levelling. You might get add-ons to make her puke better, but that's about it.

Any perks you suggest work best with her ? And I had one game I took out 3 people but next game they were healing early and I couldn’t do crap they were so good and healing early on

if youre a good player the best perks for her would be bbq, ruin, whispers and pgtw. Enduring + Spirit Fury also work great on here.

I been using dying light , thanato , ruin and pop

I'm going with @xXNurseXx - standard meta builds will work best.
Only thing I wouldn't take on her is Whispers. Sick survivors have a pretty visible green cloud and cough super loudly, Whispers won't be necessary. The other perks (s)he suggested are solid picks.

Dying Light and Thanatophobia are like the go to one-two punch currently for Plague. The healing speed bonus the Obsession gets is pointless as they can't heal broken people and since everyone is broken, they can't heal without giving you a ranged attack to counter.
Whispers is always decent, especially if you're on maps where survivors can easily hide.
I'm also a fan of Remember Me si that way you're at least getting something when you eventually have to hook your obsession while other people are still up.
In short, slow the game down at every stage, "just a little bit." ^_^

yes, not to mention how sick and awesome her Prestige 3 clothes look like

Yes, she can be very good with the right build.

She's surprisingly effective at the high ranks with the build I've been using: Dying Light, Pop Goes the Weasel, Thanatophobia, Surge.
By now everyone knows why DL+Thana on her are an amazing combo. No DL healing bonus for the obsession, and a Base 16% reduction in gen progress for everyone with Thana once they get broken + the building slowdown of each DL token.
Surge however is also great on her as its synergy with the DL+Thana combo not only save you time in kicking gens yourself, but also buys you considerably more time to stop survivors from finishing gens. That 8% drop in progress isn't a problem for survivors in the beginning of the match, but by the time you have 4 stacks of DL and have everyone affected by thana, this goes from 9 seconds to repair the damage (3 second explosion delay + 6 seconds to repair the damage) to 16 seconds. Basically if someone was actively working a gen and it was at 99% when hit by Surge, you just delayed that gen completion by 16 seconds, giving you enough time to hook the survivor you just downed and then come over to punish the gen even further with Pop Goes the Weasel. On top of that Surge activates pretty much every single time its available for her since the majority of times she downs survivors is with basic attack, which makes Surge uniquely useful to her over most other killers.
Pop goes the Weasel also has amazing synergy with the DL+Thana combo, If surge can have the time it takes to repair 8% damage raised from 9 seconds to 16, just imagine how much longer it'll take them to repair 25%... yeah, it gets pretty cruel by mid to end game.

Her perks are good, she can be good too.

She is really cruel with this build. To my surprise, survivors are cleaning themselves after the 5 DL stack

I P3-50 maxed plague, and have found that Thanata, Dying light, BBQ, and discordance are consistently good in public rank 1 games. If you struggle early game it might also be worth it to switch our Discordance for Ruin. Also it can be situationally advantageous to use play with your food. Plague on her own isn't that good. You have to use specific perks to get her full potential.
Also should mention I almost never run addons.

Yes because she has 2 very good perks

You need a sacrifice to summon things. What do you offer?

She is absolutely great too level up and learn. Her power lets her be an M1 killer with perma insta down, and if the survivors cleanse then you get one of the strongest abilities in the game IMO. Her perks are also great for all killers, especially Infectious Fright, that is amazing on M1 killers.
Good perks for her are Thana and Infectious Fright, because if everyone is injured they are slowing themselves down, and if everyone is broken then Infectious Fright allows for a nasty slug game.

...... I ignored my destiny once *Remembers killermainbtw* I cannot do that again

Meh, the boring meta rank 1 perks, you people should think more creatively when it comes to builds, there are so many interesting perks that you people dont even consider using because you stick to the boring basic combo.

What did I do!

ELK YOU TOO!
WHAT DID I DO!

I told @BlueFang that they must sacrifice someone in order to summon @DudeDelicious as you can see it worked.
3 -
Thanataphobia is required on her. Dying light is good on her too.
Other than that take perks that synergize with injured Survivors. That means perks like M&A, Bamboozle, Endfury ect.

I honestly don't play much if plague myself, but I love corrupt intervention. Very good perk for killers that need that extra time early game. Love it on my trapper.

Ah, I see you are a man of culture

She is one of the best m1 killers.

I've been running her for a few weeks with only brown add ons, (cooldown and movement speed while charging) BBQ 3, PGTW 3, DL 1 and Thana 1, and I've been pretty consistently 4king at about your rank.
To be honest I think she's the strongest killer there is without a mobility power.
0 -
yeah better play 4 useless perks like monstrous shrine otherwise youre boring lmao
0 -
Not useless perks, you just dont want to use them because you are attached to a monotonous style of play
Changing perks each now and then is not bad you know?
Just how many killer perks are actual "bad"? i can only mention a few
- Unrelenting
- Insidious
- Mounstrous shine
Every other perk can be used to help you in some way.
0 -
There's other useful perks you know, nurse's, infectious fright, STBFL, dying light, just to name a few
0 -
Nurses and stbfl really depends on the killer tbh.
0 -
If you like playing nurse I'd level plague for IF alone.
Corrupt intervention is nice for trapper
0 -
Do you play on console? aiming attacks is hard as hell sometimes.
0 -
If you aren't running the new Thanatophobia + Dying light combo... you're going to have a hard time. Add Ruin and another perk of your choice and you can punish both sides for not cleansing and punish them with your corrupt vomit if they had cleaned already.
0 -
Who will you sacrifice to summon them?
0 -
Plague is top5, she's really worth it.
0 -
That's true, they're still pretty useful on certain killers though
0 -
As some people said shes pretty good but only with perks to slow the game, so if you dont have those perks unlocked dont level her since without them you will get mega gen rushed.
