Decisive strike should activate twice...

What's with it only working once? If you hit me within one minute of leaving the hook you're tunneling and ds should kick in. It shouldn't be a perk it should be built in to every single survivor

No.
DS should not be made more powerful. It is already a meta perk and a must-have for any survivor.
Game design problems should not be addressed with perks. The devs should make changes to the baseline game mechanics to address tunneling, not using perks as bandaid fixes.
Same with killer perks like Ruin.

That's the biggest false equivalency I have ever seen.
Decisive strike is meant to be in anti tunneling perk however in its current state most people abuse it and use it like a you can't touch me for 60 seconds perk.
If another person gets downed and hooked that means you aren't being tunneled.
However you could still very easily gen rush killer and have two or more totems destroyed you really overestimate how long it takes for you to destroy a totem

The cleansing action takes 14 seconds to complete by default and resets if the Survivor interrupts it.
Straight from the WIki! It's really short...

Also! 60 seconds is too long for a basic immunity perk. Much like BT lets people body block for free.
So I'm with you here.

So we should make DS BETTER than it was ORIGINALLY.

Again you're missing the point. You are fighting me on a perk because you apparently love it. What's the point of Franklin's Demise if there is no toolboxes then, then you'll probably say medkits, keys, and flashlights right. So pretty much survivors just shouldn't have items right? Because trash killers want an easier match, where's the fun in that. I play killer and don't need it, I'm a wraith main and still don't use Franklin's, and flashlights are strong against wraiths.

The timer should completely pause when slugged. If a killer is tunneling DS should reap maximum benefits.

Tell that to me when I played Hag and getting DS'd three times after I slugged all of them after downing them.
0 -
How is slugging someone tunnelling? If you are getting slugged, you are not getting tunnelled. Thats just called applying pressure, which is what Survivors say Killers should learn to do instead of complaining about "generators going off too fast". Its called counterplay, learn to accept that second chance perks need counters or shouldnt exist.

I would be fine with this if using DS made you Moriable for 60 seconds.

If you are worried about DS then that is your own fault for tunneling because that's the counter. I'm talking about killers that slug after tunneling off the hook so they can just hook them again. That denies the survivor of a perk slot.

"What's the point of Franklin's Demise if there is no toolboxes then"
I won't use Franklin's if there is no toolboxes because I can live with medkits, maps, and flashlights, and Franklin's is no good against keys.

- On the condition that as soon as another person is hooked your DS deactivates till you get unhooked again.
- As soon as another person is unhooked all other DS deactivate, but that one person's.
- Last remaining survivor has there DS automatically deactivated.
- You get a active DS every time you are unhooked unless you miss the skill check.
With these it will allow a infinite timer so even if your tunneled you can activate it after x amount of time. You get punished for failure to hit the skill check. Also if the killer does not tunnel DS is worthless. Last survivor will never have DS so it wont be as punishing if someone YOLO saves you last second for a switch.
