Tips for a colourblind person wanting to play killer?
hey all! ive got about almost 700 hours in the game and almost ALL of it is in survivor because its really hard for me to play killer because i am colourblind. (i.e., hard to see scratch marks on certain maps, basically the hardest thing).
I've tried using the advanced options with Nvidia and its not supported anymore, so it's back to being nearly impossible for me.
any tips would be great, I appreciate it!

I've had the same problem since day one. I can barely see the scratches, and I didn't even have a clue there were blood trails until they released "The Game" map (for the Pig).
I used to think blood trails was just anther way to say "sticks". I've often thought that if the "red" is suppose to stick out, how cool would it be if I could change it to blue....something that might stick out as much for us as red does for most everyone else.
Sorry, no suggestions, I've just been toughing it out for the last year. You're not alone though. We number in the hundreds! lol

Try installing Nvidia Freestyle.
It allows you to tweak some colors and brightness, depending on your issues.
It requires a Geforce (not AMD), to install older drivers (390.77) and enable Nvidia Overlay + beta features tho in Geforce Experience. That's what I use, personally, as a (slightly) colorblind person, and it helps a lot, especially not having a headache after several rounds.
