New Perks ideas and perk changes

Survivor perks:


Adrenaline Kick

You get scared when in the hunt and loud noises can make you jump.

When a killer beggins to break a pallet you break out in a sprint at 150% your normal movement speed. This effect is active for 3 seconds and causes the exhausted effect for 60/50/40 seconds. Adrenaline kick can only be activated while inside a chase and while not being exhausted.


Rested Sprint (or a vigil buff)

You can breathe easy even in the most intense of situations.

While sprinting the exhaustion effect will recover at 50/75/100% the normal amount. (50 being half speed and 100 being the normal walking recovery).

This could be added to Vigil to make it a little more useful.


Rapid Motivation

The inspiration around you will make you want to explore more in a hurry.

While running press the activation button to begin to sprint for a duration of 1/1.5/2 seconds (couldn't decide on one). This will exhaust you for 60/50/40 seconds. Rapid Motivation can't be activated while exhausted.


Insight

Your belief in others along with the supernatural allows you to tap into their powers.

Every 60/45/30 seconds the aura of every survivor currently alive is revealed to you. If no other survivor is alive the killers aura is revealed to you every 120/90/60 seconds.


Blood Pact

Your knowledge of the occult has taught you a way of sharing health and good fortune to others.

When rescuing others from a hook you swap health states with the unhooked. With everytime you get unhooked and each time a person you rescue you gain a token up to a total of 5 tokens. Each token increases luck for every survivor currently alive by 2/4/6% for each token currently obtained. For each token currently obtained you get a speed boost of .2/.35/.5%. All effects wear off when you die.


Lightweight

It would be cool if it did what the perk name is: made you lighter and thus make you produce less noise when walking, running and crouching.



Killer perks:


Chaotic Justice

The experience with criminals pretending to be innocent brings you rage.

Everytime they vault something that you vaulted before them within 10/15/20 they gain the exposed effect for 5/10/15. Only the last 2/2/3 vaulted windows will be trapped. Trapped windows are marked.

The mark would be tiny and in one of a couple of places on the vault so that they aren't easily spotted.


Pedal to the Metal

Your sense of pride is large and affects you in startling ways.

Whenever you hook a survivor you gain a token up to a maximum of 8/7/6 tokens. When all tokens are achieved gain a speed boost of 2/3.5/5% (a normal killer is 115% so that would make it 120% at max). Whenever 1/1/2 survivors are sacrificed the tokens you have are depleted to 0.


Quick Draw

Your reaction time is nigh zero.

The charge time of your power is reduced by 10/15/20%. The cooldown of your power is reduced by 10/15/20% and recovery of your power is reduced by 5/7.5/10%

This is likely not to be added because of the old tinkerer. However since this affects the power and not any add-ons this could be plausible.




All the ideas here I made to be discussed and thus all the procentages are purely based on what I feel is kinda right. So please comment and say what you feel about these ideas for perks/perk changes.
