How do I get Feng Min's hair bun?

Hello I have a question regarding the bun hairstyle Feng Min has. How do I get it? I always see other surviviors having the bun on Feng Min and also her cardigan outfit with pants, however, the Feng Min I bought with my shard points only has the standard outfit and I cannot find the bun in the shop. Do I have to buy a certein DLC to get it?

    I am guessing they made it only obtainable if you buy the DLC with actual money. :/

    If you buy a character with Shards or Auric Cells you only get their default outfit. Any extra cosmetics they may have are tied to the Chapter as a whole.

    The Devs should really get this info out there properly because far too many don't know about it and I only know about it due to people experiencing this.

    Thanks for the reply, yeah I now got the bun, I had to buy the DLC :/ so I wasted all my shards for nothing when I bought Feng Min with them :(. It really sucks that this info is not out there. I had been searching the whole internet to get info on the bun and how to get it because even on the dbd website there is no info on it, they really should include it in the character's bio how to get certain outfits.

    They probably didn’t care enough about those to know, but yes, those WOULD be missing too. Just like tuxedo Ace, formal pants, and Ace without a hat

    everything was missing. the outfit the bun. I only got her standard hair style and outfit

As far as I'm aware, console players only received The Last Breath, Of Flesh and Mud, and The Spark of Madness chapters for free as those were the chapters released before the console launch. Any chapters after that, as well as the Halloween chapter, console players had to pay for, so I'm confused as to why you had The Lullaby for the Dark chapter for free?

As far as I'm aware, console players only received The Last Breath, Of Flesh and Mud, and The Spark of Madness chapters for free as those were the chapters released before the console launch. Any chapters after that, as well as the Halloween chapter, console players had to pay for, so I'm confused as to why you had The Lullaby for the Dark chapter for free?
    My ex-boyfriend was the person who told me about this game, a few weeks after i started playing it, I had saw the dark chapter in the PS4 store for free. He was very confused and thought that I purchased it but I really didn’t. I’m guessing they gave it out at some point, the rest of killers are killers that I bought. I think it’s still free too...

    Perhaps see if you can appeal for a shard refund, seeing as you purchased the DLC and the Devs have not be clear in what comes with what when bought. Just be polite and appeal the situation.

    Hmm, maybe it was free, regardless, you still had to install it, which made no sense in my opinion. If it was free content, then it should just be built into the game.

    I also got Feng Min without that outfit, it's outraging for me because I bought her because of that
