My Rank is 20 i start this game after 1 year but killer can't found match

İ talk customer support about this problem they tell me if my Rank is low match found period is long

And i have got big problem if i can't play as a killer i can't change my killer Rank and if i can't change my killer Rank how can i found a GODDAMN MATCH!

    Typically itll continue searching for opponites and slowly open up the rank limit more and more until it can find ppl. The ppl you ultimately get matched against might not be rank 20... but its something. Also helps if you do this after the 13th when ppl get hit by rank reset.

    There are peak hours in my area (east coast US) it seems to be between 8-11pm for instaqueue matches. It can sometimes take 15-20 minutes a match if I have the day off work and play in the morning. I would suggest finding your peak hours and getting to 15 as quickly as possible during it. Getting through all the gray ranks and into brown isn’t tough at all, it’s only a competition when you hit about rank 10
