Sloppy, Thanta, and Franklins might become core with the new update.
- Camping Aid Kit: Increased the speed at which you heal others from +15% to +25%.
- First Aid Kit: Increased the speed at which you heal others from +25% to +35%.
- Emergency Med-Kit: Reduced charges from 24 to 16. Increased the speed at which you heal others from +35% to +50%. Replace item efficiency with increased self-heal speeds at +50%.
- Ranger Med-Kit: Increased the speed at which you heal others from +25% to +50%.
- All Hallow's Eve Lunchbox: Increased the speed at which you heal others from +15% to +35%.
These changes seem good right? Well....survivors have certain perks that can increase healing/Action speed.
AutoDidact can grant 15% more healing speed for each token. Up to 5 tokens.
Botany Knowledge can increase your healing speed and healing item efficiency to max of 33% which, will most likely stack with the medkits.
Leader can increase from 15-25% healing speed.
We'll Make it. 100% healing speed after unhooking someone.
The way the medkits are, i can assume that there are going to be a lot of Survivors whom will opt to bring Botany and a medkit to heal others faster. Maybe Leader will see far more, though i suspect that streetwise might be used more because item efficancy.
Thanks to these medkit changes, I do not think its to far to say that Sloppy and/or Thanta will be used a lot more in future. Franklins, is franklins. Its a good perk, and will still be just as useful as always, but might be more used with sloppy to prevent survivors healing very fast.
These changes might also be considered a great reason to bring Coulrophobia. Survivors got medkits? Bring Sloppy + Coulro to stop em from healing.
In short terms..Aultruistic Survivors that heal others have gotten a buff with their medkits despite losing insta-heals, and Killers now have a lot more reason to bring Sloppy Butcher, coulrophobia and Franklins Demise.
Of course I am probably Biased here. I primarily play Killer, and when i do play survivor its always with a more aultruistic focused build in mind (Bt + Botany all the way!) so i could very well be wrong with my predictions concerning the medkit changes.

Honestly I'm ok with medkit being a bit better now that they're nerfing red insta heals, no more downing someone and breaking the pallet just for them to immediately get picked up to full and the nightmare begins again. Purples are looking really strong now for when you know you're taking a hit and have half a second to spare, that's really what makes me nervous. (Franklin's time if it gets spammed too much IG)
