New survivor idea: Dawn
Lore: "I see nothing, you're just numbers! THERE'S NOTHING THERE!"
Perks;
1- I am the key: when injured and only 2 survivor remain, you can force open the hatch or slowly open one of the gates. This will send an audio and visual notification to the killer for 5s/4s/3s.
"It will remain open until I stop bleeding!"
2- Friend with the entity: Crows will sometimes send audio and visual notifications if the killer is at least 60m/50m/40m away.
"I've been friends with demons all my life."
3- Brat: Start the trial with 2 tokens. If the survivor is injured and gets hit during a vault, it will consume a token and cause the deep wound status until healed or 10s/20s/30s has passed. If the survivor goes down they'll send an audio and visual notification to the killer.
"Come and get me! I INVITE YOU IN!"

Brat is too overpowered and won't make it into the game. Remember Mettle of Man on release? There was already big backlash against gaining just single protection from getting hit, and Brat not only grants You multiple protections, it also is much easier to activate.

I somewhat agree. I could probably modify it a bit.

I changed it so it essentially work has a sort of borrowed time. It also cannot be recharged anymore.

You wrote 'mangled' and it is a status effect that makes You heal slower, I think? That's not how Borrowed Time works. As the perk is described now, if You get hit during vault, You not only get downed but also debuffed with mangled. So it gives absolutely no advantages and only hinders user?
But since You mentioned Borrowed Time, I'll assume You meant You get BT effect instead of mangled. I'll also assume You meant the BT before it was changed into applying Deep Wounds. I made up some description using old BT that should be ok:
Brat: Start the trial with 2 tokens. While vaulting any damage taken that would put you into the Dying State from the Injured State will instead trigger a 10/20/30 seconds bleed-out timer and consume 1 Token. Taking any damage during or reaching the end of the bleed-out timer will put you into the Dying State.
That said, it'd still be a free hit protection, but maybe reducing bleed-out timer can help balance it.

Mangled isn't the status Legion put ppl in from which they have to heal or they go down ?
And no basically the perk to trigger would require you to be already injured when vaulting.
Then instead of going down you would get the same status has when Legion hit you or you get unhooked and hit whilst under BT.

Mangled - The Survivor is heavily injured and requires more time to be fully healed.
Legion and Borrowed Time trigger Deep Wound - The Survivor is on a bleed-out timer until healed or mended.
