Why doesn't Hillbilly's Chainsaw have a reverse UNO card pulled on it?
Speed Limiter now counts as an Instadown and standard chainsaw is only used for mobility and getting a lucky hit, now that instaheals are going byebye it's time for instadowns to receive the same treatment.

Ahm, good sir, DBD is a survival game, the killer should ALWAYS make you feel at least a bit "helpless" when you're a survivor. Insta heals are good as they are, you're supposed to try to survive, not to try to bully the killer.
PLEASE HAVE IN MIND if the survivors get the balance inclined in their favour (more than it already is) people will start to play as survivor more than killer, which means HIGHER WAIT AVERAGE PER LOBBY. Are you ok with having to wait more than 20 minutes to play per lobby?
