will these outfits change into "event" outfits at some point or are they going to stay "very rare"?

it seems a little off how the Hallowed Blight skins are "event" rarity, while the Withered Blight skins are "very rare"...

@Peanits (sry to @ you, though i think this kinda needs an official response - i doubt anyone but you guys could answer this)
