I feel like I'm owed something

I'm just trying to to a survivor daily. I am playing a couple games with Meg, and I load into one. As soon as it reaches 100%, instead of starting the match, I'm kicked out and the message "lost connection to the network" appears.


I lost my purple medkit with yellow charge add-ons, and I lost 2 pips. Being in red ranks, this angers me. I want my pips and medkit back!

I didn't do anything and the game acted like I intentionally DC'd.

    Yeah there have been a lot of random DC's since the Stranger Things Hotfix.


    At first I thought the killer was just DCing to spite me, but after dozens of times seeing it I'm convinced that there can't possibly that many small-minded killers in the game. It's definitely a bug.

    I always get random Internet disconnections when my Internet is clearly active

    Yeah happens every now and then, probably lost a total of 15-20 pips in total.


    Frustrating but not much we can do.
