Transfering the files from console to PC?

I am going to get a PC soon so i would like to know if it's possible to transfer my DbD account from Ps4 to the Pc version. They finally have dedicated servers so it should be possible, right? Because i don't want to waste 30€ and spend 2k+ hours on the same game.

    You can't and dedicated servers are in testing still
