The lack of scratch marks for Legion and Mother's Ring Nurse are just mechanical balance choices. Not everything needs a lore justification.

She's a ghost. Ghost disappear.
Why survivors disappear is what doesn't make sense. Why she can bump into objects doesn't make sense. Why is she not wearing anything?
